Depending on his sentence, he may not even be getting 1/3 time...LA County is sometimes considered dead time, and doesn't count at all. Depending on where they send him, it could take up to 4 months, that's the stunt they pulled on my old man.....so hope that yours turns out better! Of course, if they send him up to Delano, then you have to wait until he transfers to GP to talk to him...so.....good luck!
